North Fork Shuttles
   

Shuttles are based out of Glacier Outdoor Center. People must pay, meet their driver and leave from Glacier Outdoor Center. Vehicle renter/owner needs to fill out a reservation form and supply a current vehicle insurance card before their shuttle will occur. Shuttle vehicles are dropped at the take out by 3pm the day you designate unless prior arrangements are made. Shuttle prices using your vehicle are based on your desired put in $ + the $ of the take out. Shuttles using our vehicle (full service shuttles) have a fixed price and only one take out. Prices are per vehicle. Vehicle storage is free. Custom shuttles are available. Make sure your gas tank is full. Due to National Park restrictions, shuttles into Glacier National Park are not available. Reservations required.

RENTAL PROCEDURES

Policies

•  Valid identification is required of all rental customers
•  Customers must be 18 years or older to rent equipment

Procedures

•  Glacier Outdoor Center (GOC) opens at 7:30am and closes at 9:00pm (seasonal)
•  Reservations are accepted and are on a first-come first-served basis
•  Customers must read and sign a Rental Agreement and Release of Liability; one copy goes with the Customer, one stays with GOC

Deposit

•  Deposits are required: $50 per item, package of 3 items $150, or an open credit card
•  Rentals must be returned by closing time on last day of rental or an additional day will be charged
•  Equipment must be returned clean and in good repair
•  Fixable damages will be charged at $30 per hour or cost plus shipping & handling if it must be sent out
•  Lost or damaged beyond repair will be charged full retail value

Your Responsibility

There are inherent and other risks involved in the activities for which this equipment is to be used. You freely and voluntarily assume those risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. As with all outdoor adventure, you need to be prepared. You should have adequate clothing for whatever weather conditions you might encounter. Matches and fire starter are always a good idea. Choose the length of tour based on your physical condition, weather conditions, time of day, your preparedness, etc.
