It's official; summer '06 is in the books.
The paddles are packed away and the rafts are washed and waiting for spring. It was an amazing summer in West Glacier; great water, great weather, great people, we couldn't have asked for anything more. If you enjoyed some summer fun with us you can still order copies of your trip photos from our web site. They make great gifts and can be available in time for Christmas. We also have gift certificates available for you and your family and friends for your return trip and for that hard-to-buy-for person on your holiday giving list.

Now that summer is in the rearview mirror.
Glacier Outdoor Center is ready and waiting for winter. That's right, we're open year 'round! We figure your outdoor wanderlust doesn't quit for the winter why should we? And with Glacier National Park at our doorstep our local winter outdoor opportunities are endless. Whether you need snow shoes, cross-country skis, some fresh winter garb, or an evening in a romantic log cabin we've got it all. Let us help you plan your winter getaway.

Winter '06/'07
Will be the inaugural season for Glacier Outdoor Center's very own Nordic ski trails. We have 10 km of groomed trails that are simply waiting for you. Don't have your own skis? Don't worry! We've got both cross-country and skate skis available for rent as well as friendly, knowledgeable staff on hand to answer all your questions.

The new Nordic trails Are adjacent to our beautiful log cabins, so ski for a day or spend the weekend and take the time to also explore Glacier via ski or snowshoe. Cabins are available at friendly off-season rates and vary in size and capacity. Whether it's a small group of friends, the whole family for New Years, or just the two of you Glacier Outdoor Center can show you the best that winter has to offer.
