Half Day Fly Fishing

No matter if you are a seasoned fly fisherman with decades of experience or a novice who doesn’t know your line from your leader, our guides will give you the support and instruction needed to coax fish to your fly. All our trips run on the North and Middle Forks of the Flathead River in the shadow of Glacier National Park.
Our Half Day trip is a great way to get a taste of fly fishing or accommodate a busy travel schedule. Bring your own gear or let us supply everything you need. Our fly shop and outdoor store, which are just outside Glacier National Park's West Entrance, have all the gear you need to make your fishing trip a success.
All fishing trips depart from Glacier Outdoor Center. Check in 30 minutes prior to trip departure.
A Montana Fishing License is required for Daily Fly Fishing Trips. Licenses can be purchased at Glacier Outdoor Center prior to departure.
Departs: 8:30am and 1:30pm
Adult (1 or 2 persons) $350 Price does not include 7% service fee.
Trip Length: 4 hours
Departure Dates: Daily, late June through September
River Rating: Class I-II
River Miles: 6 miles
Age Limit: 6-8 in June, 3-4 in July and August (dependent on weather and water conditions)
License: $25 for 2-day license (includes required Montana Conservation License and State Lands License)
$15 for additional 2-day license.
$70 for season license.
