Daily Trips General Information & Policies

Check in 30 minutes prior to trip departure. Our whitewater trips depart from our office in the village of west glacier, between the Alberta Visitor Center and the MRC gas station.

RESERVATIONS:
A 50% per person deposit will confirm your reservation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to trip departure. If a reservation is made less than 45 days prior to departure, payment must be made in full. Our staff of rafting specialists is available to assist you with questions and advice, as well as make your reservation over the phone during our business hours. For real-time availability, please feel free to call our office staff at 1-800-235-6781.

However, if you prefer to conduct your business on-line, use our secure reservation form to request your reservation by credit card on our secure server.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to trip departure will receive a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but the deposit may be applied to another trip during the same season.

RESPONSIBILITY:
Although every precaution is taken to safeguard you and your belongings, river trips by their nature involve a certain amount of inherent risk. Glacier Raft Company and its personnel shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, damages, losses or delays to person or property. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance. We require that you acknowledge and assume these risks by reading and signing a liability release prior to departure. We are not responsible for items left on premises.
