Daily Trips General Information & Policies
Check in 30 minutes prior to trip departure. Our whitewater trips depart from our office in the village of West Glacier, between the Alberta Visitor Center and the MRC gas station.
RESERVATIONS:
A 50% per person deposit will confirm your reservation. Full payment is due 45 days prior to trip departure. If a reservation is made less than 45 days prior to departure, payment must be made in full.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please notify us immediately. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to trip departure will receive a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, but the deposit may be applied to another trip during the same season. We reserve the right to cancel trips with full refund due to weather or water conditions, or too few participants.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Although every precaution is taken to safeguard you and your belongings, river trips by their nature involve a certain amount of inherent risk. Glacier Raft Company and its personnel shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, damages, losses or delays to person or property. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance. We require that you acknowledge and assume these risks by reading and signing a liability release prior to departure. We are not responsible for items left on premises.
Multi-Day Trips General Information & Policies
Check in at Glacier Outdoor Center by 8:00 pm the evening prior to your departure to pick up dry bags and for last minute trip information. We are located under the giant log arch on the south side of US Highway 2, 1/2 mile west of West Glacier. Check in time the day of your trip is 8:30 am. If you plan to leave home for an extended period of time before arriving here for your trip, please call before you leave in case there are any last minute changes we need to pass along to you.

Cabin Rentals General Information & Policies
All cabins are non-smoking. No pets. No tents. Check-in 4:00 p.m. at the Glacier Outdoor Center (located under the Giant Log Arch, 1/2 mile west of West Glacier on Hwy. #2). Check-out 11:00a.m. Prices do not include the 7% Montana Bed Tax. A 50% per night deposit is required with the balance due 45 days prior to check-in date and will be automatically processed on your credit card. Cancellations must be received 45 days prior to arrival to receive refund less 25% of total. Cancellations within 45 days are non-refundable but 75% may be applied to another cabin stay within 1 year. |
